Qualification:
- Senior Vice President – BE/B-Tech in Chemical or Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication
Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Applied Electronics & Instrumentation/ Control & Instrumentation or Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering. 25 Years experience. - Vice President (Production/ Technical Services) – BE/B-Tech in Chemical Engineering with 20 Years experience.
- Vice President (Marketing) – B.Sc. (Agriculture)/ BE /B-Tech. (any discipline) with minimum 60% marks and MBA/ PGDBM in Marketing / Agri Business Management/ Rural Marketing. 20 Years experience.
- Vice President (Human Resources) – MBA/ PG Degree/ Diploma to MBA with HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations as major subjects OR PG Degree in HRM/ IR/ Labour Welfare/ Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare. 20 Years experience.
- Vice President (Finance) – Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants of India (CA /CMA) or 2 Years MBA with specialization in Finance. 20 Years experience.
