Qualification:
- Senior Clerk – Graduation and Typewriting of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi.
- Junior Clerk – 12th Pass or Typewriting of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi.
- Technician Grade-III – 10th Pass and ITI in the relevant engineering trades.
