- Deputy Director – Graduate in Engineering + 2 Years experience OR Diploma in Engineering + 7 Years experience.
- Principal Grade-II – Graduate OR Diploma in Engineering and 5 Years experience.
- Assistant Director (Technical) – Graduate OR Diploma in Engineering and 5 Years experience.
