After applying online applicants need to send the hard copy/print out of online application form along with copies of all relevant documents in proof of their age, qualification, Caste Certificate/ Medical Certificate etc. to The Registrar, Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar-470 003, M.P.
