• Age relaxation as per government rules for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD/ Ex-S.

Qualification: IIT Kanpur Recruitment 2025

1. Senior Superintending Engineer:
   • Master’s degree in Civil/ Electrical Engineering with at least 18 years of relevant experience.
   • Experience in project management, tendering, billing, and software such as CAD.
   • Desirable: Knowledge of accounting, arbitration, contract and labor laws, and computer applications.
2. Superintending Engineer:
   • Master’s degree in Civil/ Electrical Engineering with at least 13 years of relevant experience OR a first-class degree in Civil/ Electrical Engineering with 15 years of relevant experience.
   • Desirable: Knowledge of accounting, arbitration, contract and labor laws, and computer applications.
3. Deputy Registrar:
   • Master’s degree with at least 55% marks.
   • At least 5 years of experience in administrative roles or equivalent experience in academic institutions.
   • Desirable: Leadership qualities and expertise in administrative/academic functions.
4. Executive Engineer:
   • Master’s degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience OR first-class degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering with 10 years of relevant experience.
   • Desirable: Proficiency in project management software and CPWD working procedures.
5. Assistant Counselor:
   • MPhil in Clinical Psychology with 2 years of experience OR MA/MSc in Psychology with 5 years of relevant experience.
   • Desirable: Training in counseling techniques and experience in educational institutions.
6. Assistant Registrar:
   • Master’s degree with at least 55% marks.
   • 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
   • Desirable: Experience in accounting, administrative matters, and proficiency in computer applications.
7. Assistant Registrar (Library):
   • Master’s degree in Library Science with 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
   • Desirable: Knowledge of computerized library systems and research facilitation.
8. Hall Management Officer:
   • Master’s degree in Hotel Management or allied fields with at least 5 years of experience.
   • Desirable: Background in hospitality management and experience in academic institutions.
9. Medical Officer:
   • MBBS with 3 years of experience OR Post-Graduate Diploma in Medicine with 1 year of experience OR MD/MS.
   • Desirable: MCI-recognized postgraduate qualifications.
10. Assistant Security Officer:
    • Graduate with 5 years of relevant experience in armed or civil forces.
    • Desirable: Familiarity with computer applications and good interpersonal skills.
11. Assistant Sports Officer:
    • Graduate with a B.P.Ed. and specialization in sports.
    • Desirable: Certification from national/international sports federations or representation at the state/national level.
12. Junior Technical Superintendent:
    • MCA/ MSc/ BTech/BE in relevant disciplines OR BSc with 2 years of experience OR Diploma with 3 years of experience.
    • Desirable: Expertise in web development, Linux servers, and database management.
13. Junior Assistant:
    • Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of computer applications.
    • Desirable: Minimum 50% marks and 2 years of experience in administrative or technical roles.

Selection Procedure :

• Group A Posts:
  • Written Test/Seminar/Presentation.
  • Interview with an expert panel.
• Group B and C Posts:
  • Written Test.
  • Skill Test/Job-Oriented Practical Test (JOPT).

Application Fee :

• Group A Posts: Rs.1000 (Rs.500 for SC/ST).
• Group B & C Posts: Rs.700 (Rs.350 for SC/ST).
• PwD and female candidates are exempted from the fee.
