The UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination (CMSE) 2025 consists of two stages:
- Written Examination (500 Marks)
- Personality Test (Interview) (100 Marks)
1. Written Examination
The written exam consists of two objective-type papers, each carrying 250 marks.

- Purpose: To assess the candidate’s general knowledge, intellectual curiosity, critical judgment, leadership skills, and suitability for public medical services.
