How to Apply – AIIMS Vacancy 2024

Eligible candidates are requested to report at the Registrar Office, Administrative Block, 4th floor, AIIMS Deoghar on the date of the interview (to be notified later on the AIIMS Deoghar website) with the originals, photocopies of relevant documents, and one passport-sized color photograph. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

Application Process:

1. Offline Application Form: Candidates must fill out the Offline Application Form available on the AIIMS Deoghar website.
2. Required Documents: Send the application form along with one set of self-attested photocopies of the following relevant documents, a Demand Draft, and one passport-sized color photograph pasted on the application form to the Registrar Office, 4th Floor, AIIMS, Devipur (Academic Block), Deoghar-814152 (Jharkhand) by Speed Post.

Documents to be submitted:

• a) Date of Birth and Class X and XII Certificate
• b) Aadhar Card
• c) Certificate of SC/ST/EWS/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/OPH from the competent authority if applicable, with degree of disability, in original issued by the Competent Authority (i.e., Medical Board duly constituted by the Central Govt. or State Govt. Hospitals). Candidate must submit the latest (FY 2023-24) OBC certificate issued by the competent authority of Govt. of India in the format given by DOPT/ Govt. of India or for the appointment to the Central Government Job which should not be older than one year as on the last date of submission of the Offline application form. They should not belong to the Creamy Layer, and their sub-caste should match the entries in the Central List of OBC. The vacancies are advertised in the financial year 2023-2024; therefore, valid EWS and OBC Certificates issued during the period from 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2024 will be considered valid. The EWS and OBC Certificates must be issued on or before the last date of sending the Offline Application Form.
• d) MBBS mark sheets and degree Certificate
• e) Attempt Certificates
• f) MBBS Internship completion certificate
• g) MD/MS/DNB mark sheets and degree certificate
• h) Medical Registration Certificate UG and PG from MCI/State Medical Council
• i) NOC from the present employer (if employed in Central/State Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Institutions)
• j) Experience certificate from previous institutions (if any)
• k) FMGE certificate conducted by NBE (For foreign graduates)
• l) Copies of any other relevant documents (publications, awards, fellowship, patents, books/chapters authored, etc.)

Note: The last date for sending the application is 15 days from the publication of the advertisement on the AIIMS Deoghar website. The envelope containing the application should be superscribed with “Application for the Post of SR in the Department of __________”.
