Qualification: BDL MT Recruitment 2025
- MT (Engineering Posts): B-Tech in relevant discipline.
- MT (Cyber Security): Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with certifications in Cybersecurity like CEH, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Other MT Posts: Specialized qualifications in Finance, HR, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
- AM (Legal): LLB Degree.
Selection Procedure :
- For MT Posts:
- Computer-Based Online Test (CBoT): 150 MCQs (100 Technical + 50 General Aptitude) with negative marking (0.25 marks).
- Interview: 15% weightage.
- For Other Posts:
- Direct Interview based on qualifications and experience.
