Centre Head (S&T) Joint Director /Associate Director Level – 13 or 13A	1st Class B.E./B.Tech./MCA/or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 11 years experience. OR Postgraduate in engineering/Technology in relevant discipline with 9 years experience 1st class postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 11 years experience Ph.D with 8 years relevant experience
Manager (HRD) Level-12	Two years Full Time MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 12 years of relevant experience. Qualification in Law (LLB/LLM) will be an added advantage.
Manager (Legal) Level-12	LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 12 years of relevant experience or LLM (Master of Laws) with 9 years of experience
Senior HRD Officer Level-11	Two years of full time MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 7 years of relevant experience. Qualification in Law (LLB/LLM) will be an added advantage.
Senior Legal Officer Level-11	LLM (Master of Laws) with 4 years of experience or LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 7 years of relevant experience.
Purchase Officer Level-10	Two years Full Time MBA/Post Graduation in Material Management or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience.
Finance Officer Level-10	CA or Two years Full Time MBA in finance/CS or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience.
