Steno-Typist Gr III	SSLC/10th passed and must have passed Government Technical Examination in Typewriting Higher Grade in English and must have passed Government Technical Examination in Shorthand by lower Grade (English) but those with Higher Grade Qualification in shorthand both in English and Tamil will be preferred.
Typist	10th passed and must have passed Government Technical Examination in Typewriting by Higher Grade in English and atleast lower Grade in Tamil
Fieldman	SSLC examination and must be able to ride a bicycle
Messenger	8th passed
