- Senior In-charge – B. Tech./ B.E. (chemical, metallurgy, mechanical) with 04 years of experience in Industry.
- Shift In-charge – B. Tech./ B.E. (chemical, metallurgy, mechanical) with 02 years Industry Experience or Diploma (metallurgy, chemical, mechanical) with 04 years Industry experience & B.Sc. Chemistry with 04 years Industry experience.
- Senior Project Staff – B. Tech./ B.E. (metallurgy, chemical, mechanical) with 02 years Industry experience or Diploma (metallurgy, chemical, mechanical) with 02 years Industry experience or B.Sc. Chemistry with 02 years Industry experience.
- Junior Project Staff – Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. Chemistry (metallurgy, chemical, mechanical) with 01 year Industry experience or I. Sc. (10+2) PCM with 02 years Industry experience.
- Helper – 10th pass with 02 years industry experience or I. Sc. (10+2) with 01 year industry experience.
