| MO | Minimum qualification required MBBS Degree recognised by MCI. |
| FTMO | MBBS from a MCI recognized institute with 1 year compulsory internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council. Weightage will be given for higher qualification. |
| Staff Nurse | GNM from an Institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council. Candidate should have proficiency in local language. |
| Lab Tech | Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology {B.Sc.) with minimum 1 years experience after graduation. OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with minimum 2 years experiences after diploma. |
| Counselor | Bachelor degree in social sciences or Degree/ Diploma in counseling/ Health Education/ Mass Communication. At least 2 years experience of working as a counsellor in a health care facility. |
| Lab Tech | Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc.) with a minimum of 1 year experience after graduation. |
| Lab Technician | Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc.) with minimum 1 year experience after graduation. |
| Senior Medical Officer | MBBS from a recognised University. |
| Senior Treatment Supervisor | Degree from a recognised University. |
