Qualification – CMSS Private Secretary Jobs 2020

Private Secretary

Graduation degree from a recognised University.
Should be possessing a shorthand / Typing speed in English: – (a) 100 to 120 words per minute in Shorthand. (b) 60 Words per minute in typing.
At least 10 years of experience in the post of stenographer out of which minimum 5 years working as secretariat staff with Senior Officers.
Must be Computer-Literate, proficient in using MS Office.
Conversant with file/record handling.

Office Assistant

Graduation degree from a recognised University (as a regular candidate).
Should be proficient in shorthand and typing.
At least 5 years of experience working as Secretariat Staff of Senior Officer.
Must be Computer-Literate, proficient in using MS Office.

Selection Procedure – CMSS Private Secretary Notification 2020

Selection will be based on Interview/ Skill Test.
