Salary: Cochin Shipyard Safety Assistant Jobs 2024

• 1st Year: ₹ 23,300/- per month + ₹ 5,830/- compensation for extra hours of work
• 2nd Year: ₹ 24,000/- per month + ₹ 6,000/- compensation for extra hours of work
• 3rd Year: ₹ 24,800/- per month + ₹ 6,200/- compensation for extra hours of work

Age Limit : (As on 01 September 2024)

• Not to exceed 30 years as of 11 June 2024

Relaxations:

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years; SC/ST: 5 years; Ex-servicemen: as per Government guidelines, up to a maximum age of 45 years

Qualification: Cochin Shipyard Safety Assistant Recruitment 2024

• Pass in SSLC
• One year Diploma in Safety/ Fire with Minimum one year training or experience in safety in: Public Sector Undertaking/ Factory/ Construction Company/ Engineering Company.

Selection Procedure :

• Physical Test – 30 MarksPractical Test – 70 Marks
• Minimum pass mark for each test:
  • Unreserved/EWS: 50%
  • OBC: 45% (only for vacancies reserved for OBC)
  • SC/ST: 40% (only for vacancies reserved for SC/ST)

• SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment
