- Driver Class-III (Non-Gazetted) – Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/ Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided that this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis. Candidate must possess a valid driving license for plying of Heavy/ Light Vehicles in hilly terrain.
- Peon Class-IV (Non-Gazetted), Chowkidar (Class-IV) & Part-Time Worker (Class-IV) – Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/ Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided that this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
- Knowledge Of Customs, manners, and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
