- Assistant Town Planner – B-Tech in Civil/ Architecture/ Planning with PG Degree in Urban/ City/ Regional Planning/ Traffic & Transportation Planning. M.Tech in Planning/ Architecture from a recognized Institute/ University established by law in India with 02 years experience in the field of town Planning.
- Senior Draftsman – Post Graduate in Geography/ Economics/ Sociology of a University established by law in India and qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by the Government. Diploma in Architecture/ Architectural Assistant ship & equivalent qualification from recognized Institution. Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship with 2 years experience in town Planning/ Architects Office.
