Qualification: DFCCIL Recruitment 2025
- Junior Manager: CA/CMA Final Pass.
- Executive (Civil): 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum 60% marks).
- Executive (Electrical): 3-year Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation (minimum 60% marks).
- Executive (Signal & Telecom): 3-year Diploma in relevant disciplines (minimum 60% marks).
- MTS: Matriculation + 1-year ITI Apprenticeship (minimum 60% marks).

- Computer Based Exam (CBT I & II)
- Physical Efficiency Test
- Document Verification & Medical Test

1st Stage CBT
- Number of Questions: 100 (Multiple Choice Questions)
- Duration: 90 minutes (120 minutes for PwBD candidates with a scribe)

- +1 for each correct answer.
- -0.25 for each incorrect answer.
Physical Efficiency Test (For MTS Only)
- Qualifying Nature: Mandatory but no marks awarded.
