- Junior Research Fellow: Applicants who have completed M.Sc in Physics/Electronics with first division with NET (Lectureship/Fellowship) qualification and Post-graduation degree in Physics/Electronics with first division with NET (Fellowship) qualification or equivalent from a recognized Institute for DRDO Recruitment 2018.
Age Limit:
- Research Associate Age Limit Should not exceed 35 Years
- Junior Research Fellow Age Limit Should not exceed 28 Years
Pay Scale:
- As per DRDO Notification 2018
