- Reporting Time: On the day of the interview, please arrive by 09:00 AM.
- Documents to Bring: Ensure you have the following original documents and their self-attested photocopies:
- Date of Birth Proof: Bring your 10th class certificate or School leaving certificate.
- Identity Proof: Carry a government-issued identity proof, like Aadhar or Passport. Don’t forget to bring a recent passport-size color photograph as well.
- Qualification Documents: Have all your educational qualification documents in place, including SSC, Intermediate, and B.Tech./B.E. certificates, along with consolidated marks sheets.
- CGPA Conversion Certificate: If applicable, bring a CGPA conversion certificate from your institution or university.
- Experience Certificates: If you have previous work experience, bring certificates that clearly mention your employment duration (from & to dates) and the positions held. If you’re currently employed, make sure to bring your Appointment Order and recent pay slips. Any work experience claimed without proper supporting documents won’t be considered.
- Category Certificate: If you’re applying for a reserved post (OBC/SC/ST), bring the relevant category certificate. For OBC candidates, the certificate should be issued on or after 01/08/2022, with a clear mention of the ‘Non-Creamy Layer’ clause.
- Disability, Ex-Servicemen, Age Relaxation: If applicable, bring certificates related to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), your discharge certificate if you’re an Ex-serviceman, and any relevant certificate if you’re claiming age relaxation as a candidate from Jammu & Kashmir.
- Important Time: Remember, the registration closes at 11:30 AM on the day of the Walk-In interview.
