• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer.

Course Fee:

• The total course fee for the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) program is ₹3,00,000 (Rupees Three Lakh Only) plus GST.
• This fee covers course tuition, lodging, boarding, and other charges.
• The exam fees for mandatory banking certifications during the course will be borne separately by the candidate.

Fee Reimbursement:

• IDBI Bank will reimburse the course fee in five annual installments, starting after three years of service in the bank.
• The reimbursement is subject to satisfactory performance and confirmation in the bank’s services.

Financing Option (Education Loan):

• Selected candidates can avail an education loan from IDBI Bank to cover the course fee.
• The loan will be granted as per IDBI Bank’s existing education loan scheme.

Bond Agreement (Service Bond):

• Candidates must sign a service bond agreeing to work for a minimum of 3 years (excluding notice period) after joining IDBI Bank.
• If a candidate leaves before 3 years, they must pay ₹2,00,000 + taxes.
• If the candidate availed an education loan, they must also clear the outstanding loan dues at the applicable interest rate.
