• At first, candidates will have a 6-month training period where they’ll get Rs. 5,000 each month.
• After that, there’s a 2-month internship with Rs. 15,000 each month.
• Once they successfully finish this training and become Junior Assistant Manager Grade ‘O’ employees, they’ll earn between Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh a year if they work in Class A cities.
