• Captain: Rs. 61,300 – 1,93,900 PM
• Major: Rs. 69,400 – 2,07,200 PM
• Lieutenant Colonel: Rs. 1,21,200 – 2,12,400 PM
• Colonel: Rs. 1,30,600 – 2,15,900 PM
• Brigadier: Rs. 1,39,600 – 2,17,600 PM

Additional Benefits:

• Military Service Pay (MSP): Rs. 15,500 PM
• Stipend during Training: Rs. 56,100 PM
• CTC on Commissioning: Rs. 17-18 lakh per annum
• Siachen Allowance: Rs. 53,125 PM
• Children Education Allowance: Rs. 2,812.50 PM per child (max 2 children)
