NHRC Steno Jobs 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Name of the Posts	No. of Posts
Steno Grade D	Diploma in Computer Application.
Librarian	Bachelor Degree in Library Science from a recognized University. 2 years professional experience in a Library including Documentation and Bibliographical work Or Post Graduate Degree in Library Science from a recognized University.
Assistant Programmer	Masters’ Degree in Statistics or Mathematics or Operations Research or Physics or Economics or Commerce (with Statistics) or Degree in Engineering or Computer Science from a recognized University. 2 years experience of an electronic data processing work including one years experience of computer programming or operation; Or two years experience of data processing work including one year’s experience of unit record system. Or Degree from a recognized university with Statistics as a subject. 5 years experience as mentioned.
Junior Accountant	Who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management and possess three years experience in cash, accounts, and budget work.
Research Assistant	Bachelor Degree from a recognized University. 01 years professional experience
Joint Director	Master of Laws from any recognized University. Masters in Political Science or Sociology or Social Work or Economics or Human Rights or Psychology or Population Studies or Criminology from a recognized University. 5 years’ research experience in any of the above subjects in a recognized Institution or University.
Accountant	Bachelor Degree from a recognized University. B.Com from a recognized University.
Senior Research Officer	Masters degree in political science, History, Statistics, Sociology of a recognized university; Four years research experience in any of the social sciences.
Asst. Accents Officer	Pass in the Subordinate Audit/Accounts Service examination conducted by anyone of the organized Accounts Departments of the Central Government. Successful completion of training in the Cash and Accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management training course and a minimum of three years experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget Work.
