Salary: NPCIL Executive Trainee Jobs 2025
During Training:
- Stipend: Rs. 74,000 PM
- Book Allowance: Rs. 30,000 (one-time)
- Free lodging & boarding
After Training:
- Scientific Officer/C (Level 10): Rs. 56,100 + DA (53%)
- Additional allowances & benefits as per rules
Age Limit : (As on 30 April 2025)
- GEN : 18 – 26 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 18 – 29 Years
- SC/ ST : 18 – 31 Years
Qualification: NPCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2025
- B-Tech/ 5-year Integrated MTech with minimum 60% marks.
- Valid GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 score in the relevant discipline.
- Final year students can also apply (subject to final result submission by 01 Dec 2025).
Selection Procedure :
- Shortlisting through GATE Score (1:12 ratio)
- Personal Interview (Qualifying marks: UR – 70%, Others – 60%)
- Final selection only on Interview performance (GATE score not counted in final merit)
