Qualification: PGCIL Company Secretary Professional Recruitment 2025
- Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in company secretariat operations.
- Experience Required: Hands-on experience in secretarial matters, drafting agendas, conducting board/general body meetings, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Selection Procedure :
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a personal interview.
- Screening Test (if required): Qualifying in nature (40% for UR/EWS, 30% for reserved categories).
- Qualifying Marks in Interview: UR/EWS: 40%, OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/PwBD: 30%.
