Salary: PGCIL Engineer Trainee Jobs 2024

• Training period: Rs. 40,000/- (Basic Pay) plus IDA, HRA, and Perks.
• Post-training: E2 scale (Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,60,000/-).
• Additional benefits: Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation, Medical facilities, and more.

• GEN : 18 – 28 Years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 18 – 31 Years
• SC/ ST : 18 – 33 Years

Qualification: PGCIL Engineer Trainee Recruitment 2024

• Full-Time B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Final year/semester students expecting results by 14.08.2024 are also eligible.
• Candidates must appear and qualify in the corresponding paper of GATE 2024.

Service Agreement Bond

• Selected candidates must sign a bond to serve the organization for a minimum of three years after completing the training period. The bond amount is Rs. 5,00,000/- for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates and Rs. 2,50,000/- for SC/ ST/ PH candidates.

Selection Procedure :

GATE 2024 Score

• The selection process includes marks obtained in GATE 2024, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
• Weightage: GATE 2024 Marks (85%), Group Discussion (3%), Personal Interview (12%).

Interview and GD

• Candidates shortlisted based on GATE 2024 scores will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
• Qualifying marks in the interview: Unreserved/EWS – 40%, OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/PwBD – 30% (for reserved posts).

Final Score Calculation

• The final score for empanelment is based on the weightage of marks obtained in GATE 2024, GD, and PI.
