(I) Essential Qualification:

The candidate must have:

• A graduate degree or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government.

AND

• One of the following computer-related qualifications:
  • NIELIT O Level Exam Passed.
  • COPA / Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) certification from National / State Council for Vocational Training.
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications
  • RS-CIT Certificate from Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited (RKCL).
  • Higher Secondary with Computer Science / Computer Applications as a subject.
  • Any equivalent or higher qualification recognized by the government.

(II) Language & Cultural Knowledge:

• The candidate must have knowledge of Hindi (written in Devanagari script) and familiarity with the culture of Rajasthan.
