- Chief Operating Officer – Post Graduate from a recognised University with relevant experience.
- State Mission Manager – Post Graduate in social work / management – HR/ IP/ PR. CA OR M.Com/ MBA (Finance) with relevant experience.
- Programme Manager – Post Graduate Degree / PG Diploma / Master Degree or equivalent from a recognised University with relevant experience.
- Accounts Officer – Graduate Degree in Commerce from a recognised University with relevant experience.
- Financial Inclusion Coordinator – Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University with relevant experience.
- District Mission Coordinator – PG Degree in relevant field form a recognised University with relevant experience.
- Block Mission Coordinator – Graduate in social work /rural development / management / Mass Communication with relevant experience.
- Livelihood Coordinator – Graduate in science / engineering /social work /rural development / management / agriculture / horticulture / veterinary science or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Cluster Coordinator – Graduate in social work /rural development / management / Mass Communication with relevant experience.
