Written Examination
The written test consists of two papers:

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for PST & PET.

Note: Female candidates who are pregnant during PET will be declared temporarily unfit and re-examined after delivery.
Medical Standards Test
Candidates qualifying PET will undergo a detailed medical examination to assess vision, hearing, and overall health as per CAPF medical standards.
Interview/ Personality Test
- Candidates who clear the medical exam will be called for an Interview/Personality Test conducted by UPSC.
- Marks: 150
Final Merit List
The final selection is based on the total marks obtained in the Written Exam + Interview/Personality Test.
