- MBBS Degree from recognized university.
- Candidates who have appeared or are yet to appear for the final M.B.B.S. Examination are eligible to apply. However, their admission to the examination will be considered provisional and subject to cancellation if they fail to provide proof of passing both the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. Examination. Detailed applications, including this proof, must be submitted to the Commission by candidates who qualify in the written examination.
- A candidate who has yet to complete the compulsory rotating internship is educationally eligible for admission to the examination but on selection he/she will be appointed only after he/she has completed the compulsory rotating internship.
