- Graduate Apprentice – Rs. 9000 PM
- Technician Apprentice – Rs. 8000 PM
Age Limit : (As on 01 July 2023)
- Graduate Apprentice – 18 – 25 Years
- Technician Apprentice – 18 – 24 Years
Qualification: WBPDCL Recruitment 2023
- Graduate Apprentice: B-Tech in respective discipline in the year 2020, 2021 & 2022 are only eligible to apply.
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma in respective discipline in the year 2020, 2021 & 2022 are only eligible to apply.
Selection Procedure :
- Personal Interview (PI) &
- Percentage of marks achieved in Degree/ Diploma Engineering @ 1:5 ratio taking into consideration the respective reservation norms

- b. Qualifying degree / diploma certificates with all semester wise / year wise mark sheets, as applicable.
