Those with a LLB Degree and having handled court cases, conciliation matters, wage and salary administrations, statutory compliances will be given preference. Executive-IR	At least 05 years of post-qualification experience & Post Graduate degree with specialization in HR management, Industrial Relations or Labour Laws.
