BDL MT Jobs 2021 Eligibility Criteria

• General Manager (HR) – MBA or equivalent/ PG Diploma in HR/ PM & IR/ Personnel Management/ Social Science/ Social Welfare/ Social Work of 02 years Duration. Graduate in Law. Minimum 18 years of Executive experience after essential Qualification in Medium/ Heavy Industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with minimum 01 year service in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent post.
• Deputy General Manager (New Projects) – Degree in Engineering / Technology (Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communications / Electronics & Instrumentation / Industrial Electronics / Production). PG Diploma in Production / Manufacturing / Project Management. 14 years of Executive experience after essential Qualification in Medium / Heavy Industries, preferably in PSUs / Govt. Agencies in the relevant area.
• Medical Officer – MBBS or MS/ MD (with relevant specialization) from any medical college recognized by the Government. Minimum 02 Years of experience after essential qualification. Preferably in an Industrial Establishment Hospital.
• Asst. Manager (Safety) – Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology or PG degree in Physics or Chemistry. Graduate Degree in Physics or Chemistry. Degree or Diploma or Certificate in Industrial Safety or equivalent of duration not less than 01 year awarded by any University incorporated under the Central or State Acts or Department of Technical Education or Board of Technical Education of any State Government of India. Adequate knowledge of Telugu language is essential. Should have practical experience of working in a factory in supervisory capacity for a period of not less than 02 years for BE / B.Tech candidates or 03 years for B.Sc. (Physics / Chemistry) candidates.
• MT (Electronics) – Bachelor Degree (or 5 – Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Electronics or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.
• MT (Mechanical) – Bachelor Degree (or 5 – Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Mechanical or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.
• MT (Electrical) – Bachelor Degree (or 5 – Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Electrical or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.
• MT (Civil) – Bachelor Degree (or 5 – Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Civil or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.
• MT (Computer Science) – Bachelor Degree (or 5 – Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Computer Science or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.
• MT (Optics) – M.Sc. Degree in Physics / Applied Physics with specialization in Optics / Applied Optics / Fiber Optics / Laser / Opto-Electronics or M.Sc. (Tech) – Engineering Physics with specialization in Photonics or equivalent course.
• MT (Business Development) – Bachelor Degree (or 5- Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communications/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Industrial Electronics/ Production) & 02 years MBA or equivalent/ PG Diploma/ PG Degree with specialization in Marketing / Sales & Marketing awarded by Universities/ Institutions recognized by the Government. Diploma in International Marketing/ Foreign Trade.
• MT (Finance) – Pass in Final examination conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Pass in Final examination conducted by Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICAI erstwhile ICWAI) or MBA or equivalent /PG Diploma / PG Degree in Finance discipline of 02 Years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government.
• MT (HR) – MBA or equivalent/ PG Diploma in HR/ PM & IR/ Personnel Management/ Social Science/ Social Welfare/ Social Work of 02 years Duration from University/ Institution Recognized by Government.

Selection Procedure – BDL MT Notification 2021

• Selection will be based on Written Test or Interview.
