Assistant Secretary (Training)	Post Graduate Degree with B.Ed in the relevant subject from a recognized University NET/SLET or equivalent or Doctorate Degree
Accounts Officer	Graduation Degree/ PG Degree of a recognised University with Economics/ Commerce/ Accounts/ Finance/ Business Studies/ Cost Accounting as one of the subject.
