Nuclear Medicine	MCI Recognized MD/ DNB/ PG degree in Nuclear Medicine OR MD/ DNB in General Medicine with DRM/ DNM OR MD Biophysics with DRM/ DNM OR MD/ DNB Radiodiagnosis/ Radiotherapy with DRM/ DNM OR MD/ DNB Radio-diagnosis/ Radiotherapy + 2 years of special training/ Experience in Nuclear Medicine 9 years experience OR 11 years experience including 2 years of special training/ Experience in Nuclear Medicine
Surgical Oncology (Thoraciconcology services)	MCI Recognized M.Ch./ DNB in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery/ Thoracic Surgery/ Surgical Oncology + 6 years of experience in Thoracic Oncology.
Uro-Oncology/ Urology	MCI Recognized MCh./ DNB in Urology + 06 years of experience.
Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery	MCI Recognized M.Ch. /DNB in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery + 06 years of experience.
Medical Oncology	MCI Recognized DM/DNB in Medical Oncology + 06 years experience OR MD/ DNB/ PG degree in Radiotherapy/ General Medicine + 09 years post PG experience in Medical Oncology.
Surgical Oncology (Gynecological Oncology services)	MCI Recognized M.Ch./ DNB in Gynecological Oncology/ Surgical Oncology + 06 years of experience OR MS/ DNB/ PG degree in Gynecology + 09 years post PG experience in Gynecological Oncology in a Cancer wing in a Medical College/ a Tertiary Comprehensive Cancer Centre/Regional Cancer Centre OR MS/ DNB/ PG degree in Gynecology + 9 years post PG experience in Surgical Oncology.
Anaesthesiology	DM in Onco- Anesthesia OR MCI Recognized MD/ DNB/ PG Degree in Anaesthesiology + 09 years post PG experience in Anaesthesiology.
Surgical Oncology (Breast/ SoT)	MCI recognized MS/ DNB in Surgical Oncology + 06 years of experience OR MS/ DNB/ PG degree in General Surgery + 09 years post PG experience in Surgical Oncology.

Medical Oncology (including Haemato-oncology)	MCI Recognized DM/ DNB in Medical Oncology OR DM/ DNB in Clinical Hematology OR MD/ DNB/ PG degree in Radiotherapy/ General Medicine + 3 years post PG experience in Medical/ Haematol Oncology.
Surgical Oncology (Breast/ SoT)	MCI Recognized M.Ch. /DNB/ or equivalent qualification in Surgical Oncology OR MS/ DNB/ PG degree in General Surgery + 3 years post PG experience in Surgical Oncology.
Surgical Oncology(H & N Services)	MCI Recognized M.Ch. in Head & Neck Surgery or Surgical Oncology OR MS/ DNB/ PG degree in ENT + 3 years post PG experience in Head & Neck Oncology in a Cancer wing in a Medical College/ a Tertiary Comprehensive Cancer Centre/Regional Cancer Centre OR MS/ DNB/ PG degree in ENT + 3 years post PG experience in Surgical Oncology.
Radiation Oncology/ Radiotherapy	MCI Recognized MD/ DNB/ PG degree in Radiotherapy/ Radiation Oncology + 3 years post PG experience in Radiotherapy
Radio diagnosis	MCI Recognized MD/ DNB/ PG degree in Radio-diagnosis + 3 years post PG experience in Radio-diagnosis.
Nuclear Medicine	MCI Recognized MD/ DNB/ PG degree in Nuclear Medicine OR MD/ DNB in General Medicine with DRM/ DNM OR MD Biophysics with DRM/ DNM OR MD/ DNB Radiodiagnosis/ Radiotherapy with DRM/ DNM OR MD/ DNB Radio-diagnosis/ Radiotherapy with 2 years special training/ Experience in Nuclear Medicine 03 years experience OR 05 years experience including 2 years of special training/ Experience in Nuclear Medicine.
Anaesthesiology	DM in Onco-Anaesthesia OR MCI Recognized MD/ DNB/ OR PG degree in Anaesthesiology + 3 years post PG experience in Anaesthesiology.
Critical Care	MCI recognized DM in critical care medicine OR MCI Recognized MD/ DNB OR PG degree in Anaesthesiology/ Chest & Respiratory Medicine/ Critical Care OR MD in General Medicine with DA OR Fellowship in Critical Care + 3 years post PG experience in Critical Care.
