• Management Trainee (Human Resources) : Any Graduate with MBA/ MSW/ PG Degree/ Diploma from recognized University.
• Management Trainee (Finance) : Graduate and CA/ ICMA qualified from recognized University.
• Other Post : B-Tech in relevant discipline as mentioned above from recognized University
