Junior Technician :

• GEN : 18 – 27 Years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 18 – 30 Years
• SC/ ST : 18 – 32 Years

Superintending Engineer :

• GEN : 18 – 50 Years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 18 – 53 Years
• SC/ ST : 18 – 55 Years

Qualification: IIT Madras Junior Technician Recruitment 2024

Junior Technician :

• 10th Pass with ITI in relevant discipline from recognized University. OR
• Diploma in Engineering/ Graduation Degree in Science in relevant discipline from recognized University.

Superintending Engineer :

• B-Tech/ MTech in relevant branch with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Institution with 10 & 8 years of regular service in Group ‘A’ post of which at least 3 years of regular service as Executive Engineer in Pay Matrix in Level 11 respectively.
