Qualification: OSSSC Teacher Recruitment 2024

TGT Arts :

• B.A/ B.Com Degree or Shastri (Sanskrit) Degree from recognized University with B.Ed/ M.Ed from recognized Institution.

TGT Science (PCM & CBZ) :

• B.Sc/ B-Tech with B. Ed/ B.Ed.-M.Ed. from recognized Institute. OR
• B.Sc. B.Ed. from recognized Institution
• In any case, the candidate must have passed the Graduation Degree with any two school subjects offered as Pass/ Hons/ Elective/ optional subject out of the following:
  (a) For Trained Graduate Teacher-Science (PCM): Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics,
  (b) For Trained Graduate Teacher-Science (CBZ): Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Biology, Biotechnology

Sanskrit Teacher :

• Graduation Degree with Sanskrit as one of the electives/ optional/ Honours/ pass subjects from a recognized University OR
• Shastri (Sanskrit) with minimum 50% marks from recognized University

Hindi Teacher :

• Graduation Degree with Hindi as one of the electives/ optional/ Honours/ pass subjects from a recognized University
• One of the following Training qualifications :
  Hindi Shikshan Parangat from Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra/
  B.H.Ed from recognized University/ B.Ed in Hindi from Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras

Physical Education Teacher :

• 12th Pass with C.P.Ed/ B.P.Ed/ M.P.Ed from a recognized University

Selection Procedure :

• Computer Based Exam (CBT)
