Dy. Manager (Environment)	PG Degree in Chemistry/ Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering + 3 Years Experience.
Assistant Manager(Marketing)	PG Degree in Marketing Management OR MBA with Marketing elective.
Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts)	B.Com along with CA/ ICWA.
Assistant Manager (Legal)	LLB
Assistant Manager (HR)	Masters Degree in PM & IR/ MSW/ MBA with HR elective. OR Post Graduate Diploma in Management with HR elective claiming to be equivalent to MBA.
Assistant Manager (Environment)	Master‟s degree in Chemistry/ Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering.
Assistant Manager (Materials Management)	B-Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Pulp & Paper Technology, Electronics, Printing Technology, AND PG Degree OR PG Diploma OR MBA in Material Management/ Stores Management/ Purchase/ Operations Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management.
Assistant Manager (Civil)	B-Tech in Civil Engineering
