Relaxation:

Upper Age limit will be relaxable upto 30 yrs of age (as on date of joining training) in respect of widows of Defence personnel who have died in harness.

Indian Army GD Jobs 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Women Military Police: Unmarried female with 10th Pass or equivalent with 45% marks in aggregate and minimimm 33% marks in each subject studied at 10th Std without mentioning any specific subjects.
Women who are widowed, divorced or legally separated are also eligible provided they do not have any children.

Selection Procedure – Indian Army GD Notification 2020

Selection will be based on Merit i.e., based of percentage of marks of class 10th.
Physical Exam & Common Entrance Examination.

Minimum Physical Reuirements: Indian Army GD Women Notification 2020

Weight – Proportionate to height and age as per
Chest Expansion – The candidate should be capable of chest expansion of 05cms.

Physical Fitness Test : Indian Army GD Women Vacancy 2020

(a) 1.6 Km Run
(i) Upto 7 Min 30 Sec : Group -I
(ii) Upto 8 Min : Group -II
(b) Long Jump 10 Feet : Qualifying in nature
(c) High Jump 3 Feet : Qualifying in nature

Provisions for Extra Time for 1.6 Km Run in Hilly Terrain is as follows:-

(a) Between 5000 Ft to 9000 Ft : Add 30 Secs to all timings.
(b) Between 9000 Ft to 12000 Ft : Add 120 Secs to all timings.
